As we built mutual beneficial business relationship as an Associate, you will be holding the liability and responsibility and stand guarantee for the charges for designing and hosting services provided by the BitraNet-Partner for web based solutions to your clients. |

We as a Partner we will assure you to provide full commitment for quality of services provided and meeting of design, update and uptime expectations set at the time of work order. |

Associate only deal with us for any clarifications and discrepancies in the designing and Hosting services provided by us |

We will not be in direct or indirect contact with Client of Associate unless requested so by the Associate in writing |

We will take approval form Associate before adding the BitraNet credit line on the website |

This agreement is valid for a period of 5 years from the date of agreement. |

Associates must meet certain business criteria to establish a successful business partnership with us. |

Further amendments can be made with mutual consent of both the parties i.e., BitraNet and any party entering as an agreement as Associate. |
